Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At PropTopLegal, we are committed to providing fair, transparent pricing and quality legal services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be granted for paid services.

2. Digital and Legal Nature of Services

Our services are delivered digitally and/or through direct legal consultations. Once service has commenced (e.g. document review, title search, client call), it is considered rendered in part or in full.

3. Refund Eligibility
  • Before Service Begins: Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of payment and prior to any work or scheduling.
  • If We Cancel: Full refund provided if we are unable to deliver service (e.g. conflict of interest or capacity).
  • Client Cancels: Partial refund (up to 50%) may be available if service has not begun and cancellation is within 48 hours.
  • No Refunds: Once legal consultation, review, or file work has begun.
4. How to Request a Refund

Email your request to billing@proptoplegal.com with the following:

  • Full name and email used for booking
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or processor.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your access to our services may be revoked, and we reserve the right to contest the claim with full documentation.
